Queen of Hearts Women's Fund Upcoming Event

Hello members of the Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation Queen of Hearts Women's Fund. 

Our most important event of the year is approaching. 

COMMUNITY DAY is scheduled for Friday, September 19th, 2008 and will be held at the North Lake Tahoe Conference Center from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.  This year,  we are opening it up to women who are non-members as a way of introducing them to the Queen of Hearts Women's Fund to learn what we're all about.

The purpose of Community Day is to deepen our knowledge about important funding needs in our region. When QHWF members have the opportunity to cast their ballot on who they choose to receive our annual grants, those who have attended COMMUNITY DAY will have a greater undertstanding of where the Queen of Hearts money will make the most impact.

I hope you'll join me and plan on attending COMMUNITY DAY.
